Dear Friends and Family,
It is time again for the Great Strides Walk to end Cystic Fibrosis.
This marks 25 years of the Estournes Entourage raising funds for CF research. Our children, Janelle and Andre, have benefitted from the research over those years, with the development of Trikafta.  This drug has improved their lung function and overall health by changing their genetics to create normal cellular function. It is the most effective treatment thus far in CF care.  
However, more research is needed to continue to improve genetic therapies that can help all CF patients, develop more effective antibiotics, drugs treatments and, hopefully, find a cure.
When our kids were born, the average life span was 18.  They are now 39 and 38 and thriving!  People with CF are living into middle and older age experiencing full lives.  But many are still suffering with the effects of this condition.

We had no idea where this journey would take us but we live with gratitude for all of you that have participated in our attempts to promote CF awareness and fund the needed research. And that our family is still intact!!
