Family and Friends,
A year ago this time, I had a major bicycle accident that landed me in the hospital for emergency spine surgery. After a week in the hospital, 8 weeks in a back brace, and several months of physical therapy, I was able to return to activities including biking. Currently, I am only biking on rail trails, away from cars and other environmental hazards that were part of my accident. So my plan is to ride 35 miles on the rail trails apart from the actual event date of July 12th. I also will be in Scotland then for Chloe's graduation from St. Andrews University. Would you please consider donating to help find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. Any amount will go a long way to doing this.
