Welcome to Bowie’s Broskis! 

We’re Bowie’s Broskis — and we’ve got our buddy’s back.

We’re a group of Bowie’s friends from school, sports, and growing up together. We know Bowie as the kid who makes us laugh, plays hard, shows up for his friends, and doesn’t let much slow him down.

But we also know there’s another part of Bowie’s life that most kids don’t have to think about.

Bowie has cystic fibrosis. We’ve seen the treatments, medicines, doctor visits, and extra work he has to do every single day just to stay healthy. We’ve seen him have to push through things that the rest of us take for granted.

So this year, Bowie’s Broskis are showing up for him.

We’re participating in Surf for CF on September 20 at Seaside Reef in Encinitas to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and help find a cure — not only for Bowie, but for everyone living with CF.

Bowie is healthy and thriving today because of incredible advances in CF research. But there still isn’t a cure, and not everyone with CF benefits from the treatments available today.

That’s why we’re asking you to help us.
