Welcome to Bowie’s Bras! 

The Bros have Bowie’s back… but the Bras have his heart. 

We’re Bowie’s Bras — Bowie’s sister and her friends — and we’re teaming up to support a pretty special brother.

We know Bowie as a brother, friend, athlete, goofball, and all-around awesome kid. But we also know how much extra work he has to do every single day because he has cystic fibrosis.

We’ve seen the treatments, medicines, doctor visits, and hours spent taking care of his lungs. We’ve seen him miss out on things, push through things, and then get right back out there with everyone else.

So this year, the girls are showing up for Bowie! 

We’re participating in Surf for CF on September 20 at Seaside Reef in Encinitas to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and help find a cure — for Bowie and for everyone living with CF.

Bowie is healthy and thriving today because of amazing advances in CF research, many of them made possible by fundraising events just like this one. But there is still no cure, and we want to help change that.
