My CF Cycle for Life Story
Fundraising for Utah CF Cycle for Life
Kaitlin Solomon
There is currently no cure for cystic fibrosis, and too many people with CF lose their lives far too young. I'm cycling to help change that—for my niece Lindy and for every person still waiting for a breakthrough.
Cystic fibrosis is a genetic, life-shortening disease that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs. It makes it incredibly difficult to breathe and fight off infections, often leading to irreversible lung damage and respiratory failure.
Every person born with CF faces a unique and deeply personal journey. My niece Lindy is one of them. Watching her courageously take on this disease has shown me just how urgent the need for progress is. While advancements have brought hope, there’s still a long road ahead for Lindy and so many others like her.
Will you join me in helping to end cystic fibrosis?
By donating to my fundraising goal, you’re helping to accelerate the research, treatments, and science that can bring us closer to a cure—for Lindy and for everyone living with CF. Together, we can make a difference.
