Team Jemma
For a little back story, Jemma was diagnosed with CF at 3 weeks old, a disease we didn't know much about; much less did we think we were carriers for. Jemma's first year of life was quite as whirlwind and she had many fights to get through including multiple surgical procedures. As she is 2.5 now and on different treatments as well as modulators she is doing much better even though the fight is not over. We are desperately hoping for a cure to be found soon.

By walking with us, you’ll enjoy not only the natural camaraderie (yes, lots of laughter!), but the important impact we are making together.
While the CF Foundation has made incredible progress, not everyone with CF can benefit from existing therapies and we still need a cure. This will require time, funding, and persistence – but with you on our team – we are ready to go the distance.
