Maverick and Sadie’s journey is one defined by strength, resilience, and hope. Maverick, now 16, was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at just two months old. His early years were filled with frequent hospital visits, but through it all, he has shown incredible perseverance. Alongside his journey, his family has witnessed firsthand the life-changing advancements made possible through ongoing research and treatment development.

Sadie, now 9, was diagnosed even earlier—at just two weeks old. Thanks to continued progress in the fight against Cystic Fibrosis, she had the opportunity to participate in a study for a new medication, offering hope not just for her future, but for so many others living with CF.

Their stories highlight both how far the CF community has come and how much work still lies ahead. With no government funding for many clinical trials, progress depends on people coming together to support research efforts. Each step forward brings us closer to a future where CF stands for “Cure Found.”
