I am so excited to be hiking for the second time this year! I am currently finishing up my junior year at Trinity College, and can't wait to join everyone on the trail in June. I spent last semester studying abroad, which was an amazing experience, and I'm so grateful for my good health that allowed me to do that.
I owe so much of this to all those who donate and have donated in the past. As a person living with cystic fibrosis, I would not be in the place that I am today without your generosity, and I am forever thankful for that! Thank you so much for making such an incredible difference in my life and the lives of others with CF!
I've seen incredible medical advancements during my lifetime, especially modulators, that have allowed me to maintain my health and be able to do things like the Xtreme Hike. However, I am hiking because there are many people who have to battle CF without modulator drugs. With the fundraising and support of this community, we can help CF have treatments that benefit all those living with the disease, and ultimately have a cure!
