🏃‍♀️ Running for a Cure: My Journey with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

This year, I’m lacing up my running shoes for something far bigger than a medal—I’m running to make a difference in the lives of those battling cystic fibrosis.

I’m thrilled and honoured to be participating in RunDisney, a magical race through the parks that brings together runners from all walks of life. But this isn’t just about the kilometres—it’s about the mission. In order to run, I need to raise $1,200 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, an organization that’s changing the future for thousands of people living with this life-threatening genetic disease.

I’ve never asked for donations before, and putting this out there is a little outside my comfort zone. But this cause is worth it. Every dollar raised helps fund groundbreaking research, supports families, and brings us closer to better treatments—and ultimately, a cure.

💜 Why I Run
I run for the fighters. For the families. For the hope that one day CF will stand for “Cure Found.”
I run because I believe in the power of community and compassion.
I run because every dollar raised brings us closer to a world where CF is no longer a life-shortening disease.

🌟 How You Can Help
Your donation—big or small—will directly support research, care, and advocacy. It will help me cross the finish line not just in the race, but in the fight against cystic fibrosis.
Please consider donating today. Together, we can turn every step into progress and every breath into a gift.
Thank you for supporting this journey. Let’s make every kilometer matter.
