CYSTIC FIBROSIS - The East End Experience...Cycle-Run-Yoga...Pedal-Step-Stretch...for a CURE!!!

On Saturday, May 30th, my family and I will be taking on a new adventure to support the Cystic Fibrosis community. Dennis and I will be cycling 15 miles while our boys participate in a 5K run.

For many years, we've proudly supported this foundation in honor of my big brother, Shawn, who lost his battle with Cystic Fibrosis at just 10 years old. Shawn faced this disease with incredible strength and courage. Now, his fight has become our fight. We remember him and stand beside every person and family still battling this devastating disease.

Cystic Fibrosis is a progressive, life-threatening genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system. It causes thick, sticky mucus to build up in the body, making it incredibly difficult to breathe.

We are hopeful for a future filled with better treatments, longer lives, and ultimately, a cure, but we cannot get there alone.
