Juliana was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) at 13 days old. With her rare genetic variants, she is literally one of a kind! While the doctors were unsure of what exactly to expect, she continues to thrive! Her genetic makeup is far from the only trait that makes her special. She is a joyful and happy girl. Juliana is playful and imaginative and enjoys spending time with all of her family. I am participating in the East End 5k to show my support for Juliana: her spirit inspires me every day to be a better and stronger person.
