Race CF

Race CF is a non-profit cycling team dedicated to the promotion of health through exercise for those living with Cystic Fibrosis. Over the last few decades we have seen amazing enhancements in CF treatments, and those treatments combined with aerobic exercise helps to minimize the effects of CF and promotes a long and healthy life. 
 
We all know exercise is easier said than done, combine that with a disease that attacks the lungs and affects the absorption of nutrients and it can feel insurmountable at times, but with persistence and a strong support team it can be done. That's why we ride the Cycle For LIFE, not only to raise funds for life changing research but also to encourage and support those with CF to thrive through exercise!
