Metro DC Xtreme Hike 2026
Metro DC Xtreme Hike 2026
The Metro DC Xtreme Hike challenges each participant to achieve personal and philanthropic milestones in honor of those living with cystic fibrosis.
Beyond the physical effort, hikers commit to raising a minimum of $2,500 in support of their participation. Every dollar raised helps advance our mission to support people with CF and move closer to a cure.
INCLUDED IN YOUR XTREME HIKE EXPERIENCE
- Hotel accommodations for the weekend (2 nights)
- Xtreme Hike trail guides to ensure safety along the route
- Three fully stocked & supported aid stations (every 4–6 miles)
- Finisher medals
- Xtreme Hike swag & fundraising incentives
- Dinner on Friday evening before the hike
- Grab-and-go breakfast on hike morning
- Finish line meal & celebration
- Breakfast on Sunday morning
COMMITTMENT
To have the best experience possible, we ask each hiker to prepare physically and commit to raising the $2,500 fundraising minimum or more in support of the cause.
