We invite you to be part of our Project CF Spouse National Team at Great Strides and other Cystic Fibrosis Foundation events! As a team made up of spouses and partners from all over the country, we are walking together—no matter where we are—to raise awareness and funds to support the CF community.

By joining our national team, you’ll connect with others who understand the unique challenges of loving someone with CF while making a meaningful impact. These events offer a chance to walk for a cure, share our stories, and show the strength of our community. Whether you're joining a local walk or participating virtually, your efforts will help advance research and care for everyone with CF.

While the CF Foundation has made incredible progress, we still need a cure. Some in our community have access to life-changing treatments, but many still wait for breakthroughs that will make a difference. Together, we can help move CF research forward and ensure that every person with CF has the chance for a long, healthy life.
