Our team name, Molly’s Moxie Crew, says it all. Moxie means courage, grit, determination, and heart — and that’s exactly how Molly shows up every single day. CF is a complex, lifelong disease that affects the lungs, digestion, and overall health. Much of the fight is invisible: daily treatments, medications, enzymes with every bite, and constant monitoring. Yet Molly faces it all with strength far beyond her years.

We stride because we believe in a future where kids like Molly can breathe easier, grow stronger, and live full, thriving lives. We walk for better treatments, continued research, and ultimately, a cure. Every step we take is fueled by hope — and by Molly’s moxie.
