Palo Duro Canyon Xtreme Hike

THE HIKERS JOURNEY

Hikers check-in at the hotel on Friday, October 24. All Xtreme Hikers have the option to travel with the group in vans throughout the weekend or use their own transportation. You may choose to explore uptown Canyon shops, West Texas A&M or travel directly to Palo Duro Canyon. Lodging is provided for two nights. The group enjoys a pre-hike dinner on Friday evening.

On Saturday morning, October 25, hikers board our vans to the trailhead. Four fully stocked rest stops will provide an assortment of snacks and drinks along the Xtreme Hike. 19 miles later enjoy a Finish Line Celebration with fellow hikers, guides, and volunteers with a come and go cookout. Hikers will have an option to go back to hotel when they finish or hang out until the end of the celebration.

On Sunday morning, October 26, hikers enjoy a Victory Breakfast before their return trip home.

Included in Your Xtreme Experience:

• Detailed Hiker Packet with training schedule, fundraising tips, apparel/gear list, FAQs
