Dear Friends,
This year marks a change for us. We will not be attending the Great Strides Walk in Rapid City due to a scheduling conflict. We are passing the torch to another wonderful family who will set up and run the walk. We have also decided to pause selling Team Fischer apparel for a year.
This year marks a change for us. We will not be attending the Great Strides Walk in Rapid City due to a scheduling conflict. We are passing the torch to another wonderful family who will set up and run the walk. We have also decided to pause selling Team Fischer apparel for a year.
Despite these changes, we remain fully committed to the fight for a cure. We have registered Team Fischer to continue our fundraising efforts, aiming to raise $20,000 in 2026. Over the past 14 years, Team Fischer supporters have raised over $240,250. We are incredibly grateful for the time, prayers, and financial contributions you have provided.
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation continues to do vital work. Their 2026-2030 strategic plan focuses on accelerating genetic therapies, researching mental health, and advocating against changes to Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act that could threaten access to care. Your support helps the Foundation move mountains to extend and improve the lives of those living with CF.
