Hi, I’m Jeff DeChamplain – An avid surfer, and business partner and friend to someone whose son is living with cystic fibrosis (CF). I’ve seen firsthand how challenging this journey can be, and how powerful community support is. Over the past two years, we've rallied behind Make-A-Wish. Now, I'm honored to lead Surfers @ Compass in support of Surf for CF, a cause close to my heart.
 

Surfing and salt water aren’t just fun – they're therapeutic, especially for kids with CF. Surf for CF combines this healing energy with the spirit of giving, helping young patients chase dreams and enjoy moments of freedom. I'm excited to bring together like-minded colleagues and friends from Compass who share a love for the ocean and a passion for making a difference.
