Cystic Fibrosis affects so many families, and every bit of support helps. I am taking part in the 41st Annual Tower Climb & Run to help raise awareness and funding. If you do not know much about cystic fibrosis know that it is a genetic condition that affects the lungs and digestive system. It causes thick mucus to build up in the body, which makes breathing difficult and increases the risk of infections. People living with CF often rely on daily treatments, medications, and ongoing medical care to stay healthy. Research and support programs play a major role in improving quality of life and expanding life expectancy 💙. If you can donate, even a small amount makes a real difference 💜. 📅 Saturday, January 31, 2026 📏 952 Steps

My CF Climb Story
James Riojas
Fundraising for 41st Annual Tower Climb & Run
James Riojas
There is currently no cure for cystic fibrosis and too many people with CF die young. I’m climbing to help change that reality.
CF is a genetic, life-shortening disease that devastates the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs. CF makes it difficult to breathe and fight life-threatening infections, often leading to extensive lung damage and respiratory failure.
Every person born with cystic fibrosis is on a unique journey and experiences this challenging disease differently. While progress has been made, a long road lies ahead for far too many people fighting this terrible disease. We need a cure so that everyone with CF has a better chance to live a long, healthy life.
Will you help us end cystic fibrosis?
By donating to my fundraising goal, you have the power to advance the research and science needed to drive our shared dream forward – a cure for everyone with CF.
