42nd Annual CF Climb & Run
The 42nd Annual CF Climb & Run is returning to the Alamodome for another exciting year! Due to extended renovations at the Tower of the Americas, this beloved San Antonio tradition will once again bring participants together at the Alamodome for a day of challenge, determination, community, and celebration.
Participants will take on a one-mile run, stair climb around the Alamodome and celebrate with a signature afterparty inside the Dome.  For more than four decades, the Tower Climb & Run has inspired thousands of individuals and families to push their limits while coming together in support of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s mission to find a cure and improve the lives of those living with cystic fibrosis.
The event offers a unique opportunity to connect with an engaged community while supporting an important cause. Your support will help us accelerate research, provide vital care and support, and create hope for everyone affected by cystic fibrosis.
Join us to make a difference and ROAM THE DOME!!!
