My Great Strides Story
Jeanne Courtright
Fundraising for West Orange Great Strides
Jeanne Courtright
There is currently no cure for cystic fibrosis and too many people with CF die young. I’m walking to help change that reality.
Dear Family and Friends,
As you know every year since 2010 our family has participated in the Great Strides Walk. Our family walks every year to raise awareness for Matthew and Mitchell and all those livings with Cystic Fibrosis. There is still no CURE!!
We are very blessed that there have been many advances made since our boys were diagnosed!! Matthew is now 20 and an electrician and a musician, playing the guitar, singing and writing his own songs. Mitchell is 15 and enjoying high school. He plays the trumpet, working towards earning his rank of Eagle Scout, and a member of the high school tennis team and Retromen (an acapella group). Join us for a day of celebration, community and fun! Let's unite to bring hope and joy to those affected by CF and work towards a future where everyone can breathe easier.

This year the Great Stride Walk for CF will be May 17, at Clipper Pavilion, 9 Cherry Lane, West Orange, NJ 07052. Check in is at 8:45 am. Walk starts at 9:45 am.
Thank you,
The Courtright Family
CF is a genetic, life-shortening disease that devastates the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs. CF makes it difficult to breathe and fight life-threatening infections, often leading to extensive lung damage and respiratory failure.
Every person born with cystic fibrosis is on a unique journey and experiences this challenging disease differently. While progress has been made, a long road lies ahead for far too many people fighting this terrible disease. We need a cure so that everyone with CF has a better chance to live a long, healthy life.
Will you help us end cystic fibrosis?
By donating to my fundraising goal, you have the power to advance the research and science needed to drive our shared dream forward – a cure for everyone with CF.
