Having CF is a part of who I am but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. Almost every day l hack up the mucus that is always somehow still at the back of my throat and every night we have to use a nebulizer. The medicine that I use in my nebulizer is called pulmozyme which helps break down the mucus and the other medicine I use is called saline this is mostly the same to my other medicine, but they work together in different ways to solve the same problem. Then I have my vest. My vest helps shake up my mucus to get it out of my lungs. I also have to take 3 pills every day called trikafta. Trikafta actually changes how my cells work. It doesn’t treat a symptom but it makes it so I have less symptoms to begin with. Trikafta is alllllllmost a cure, but it isn’t a cure because if I stop taking my trikafta my cells will go back to not working the right way. I wouldn’t have to do all of this if there was a cure for CF. So donate to our community And help people like me get better!

Will
you help us end cystic fibrosis?

By donating to my fundraising goal, you have the power to advance the research and science needed to drive our shared dream forward – a cure for everyone with CF.
