Dear friends and family,
This September, Adam and I are taking on a 20-mile hike through the mountains in Steamboat Springs as part of the Xtreme Hike for Cystic Fibrosis.
We’re doing it for two very important reasons: Meryl and Simone, our daughters, both of whom have cystic fibrosis.
This year we each set our biggest fundraising goal yet ($5,000) and we’d love your help getting there. The hike is long, but living with CF is a much longer road, and we’re walking it every day with our girls.
I’ve been thinking about just how far we’ve come since Meryl’s diagnosis seven years ago. There has been so much progress in CF research and treatment, truly life-changing advances, but we’re not done yet. Not everyone benefits from the treatments that exist today. And we won’t stop until there’s a cure.
With Simone joining our family last year, this mission means even more. This hike is our way of showing up for them and pushing ourselves for something bigger than ourselves.
If you’re able to donate, we’d be so grateful. Every bit helps, and truly. It means the world to us.
Thanks for always showing up for our family. We feel the love every step of the way.
With love and gratitude,
Abi and Adam
