On September 20th, Caroline, Jon and Betsy of Patrick's Posse CO will hike 20 miles in Steamboat, CO to raise money for our cousin Patrick and for everyone in the Cystic Fibrosis community affected by this disease. 

As many of you know, Patrick has Cystic Fibrosis, a chronic genetic disease that affects the sinuses, lungs, and digestive system. Patrick continues to fight every day to slow the progression of his disease. The funds we raise through this hike will go towards the development of lifesaving new therapies and to help find a cure for CF. 

Patrick is almost 25 now. He's living in the North End of Boston and working in tech sales at Datadog. We are proud to support Patrick as he navigates life with CF. 

Our goal is to raise $7,500 and hike 20 miles through the Rocky Mountains. Please consider donating to us on behalf of Patrick’s Posse. Even the smallest donation helps us get closer to reaching our goal: making CF stand for Cure Found.
