Leanne Wynne-Davies
There is currently no cure for cystic fibrosis and too many people with CF die young. I’m running to help change that reality.
This winter I am finally taking on Tokyo! I had been registered to race both Tokyo and Boston last year but instead in April 2025 we welcomed our baby boy, Archer into the world. Yes - he will be there to cheer mama on in person!
While navigating winter marathon training in the heart of holidays and with fun new postpartum nuances has introduced new a level of mental and physical humbling, I am honored for the opportunity to represent the Breathe Team and my little sisters, Lauren and Logan and everyone fighting CF.
CF is a genetic, life-shortening disease that devastates the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs. CF makes it difficult to breathe and fight life-threatening infections, often leading to extensive lung damage and respiratory failure.
Will you help us end cystic fibrosis?
By donating to my fundraising goal, you have the power to advance the research and science needed to drive our shared dream forward – a cure for everyone with CF.
