Hi and thank you for supporting my XTREME HIKE! Thanks to your dedication and support Evan's Team continues to be a top fundraising team in the country and we hope to achieve that again this year!
There is currently no cure for cystic fibrosis and too many people with CF die young. CF is a genetic, life-shortening disease that devastates the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs. CF makes it difficult to breathe and fight life-threatening infections, often leading to extensive lung damage and respiratory failure.
Every dollar we raise gets us that much closer to a cure for all people living with CF! Thanks to recent advancements in treatments such as Trikafta, 90% of those with CF are living healthier lives, which is truly incredible! But the work isn't done, so we continue to hike and raise money to help find a cure for the 10% of people that await a cure.
