Hello friends, family, and supporters,
On October 18, 2025, I will lace up my hiking boots and take on 18 miles through the breathtaking trails of Yosemite National Park - all for one important mission: to help find a cure for cystic fibrosis.
Over the last three years, as a pediatric pharmacist, I have had the privilege of working with pediatric patient living with CF. I've seen their incredible courage as they navigate daily treatments, hospital stays, and the lifelong challenges of this disease. Despite everything, they inspire me with their strength, resilience, and joy.
My connection to this cause is also deeply personal. As a cancer survivor, I understand what is means to fight a long, exhausting battle against illness. I know the value of community, research, and hope - and how life-changing support can be.
CF is a genetic, life-shortening disease that devastates the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs. CF makes it difficult to breathe and fight life-threatening infections, often leading to extensive lung damage and respiratory failure. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is leading the way in research, treatment, and advocacy to help every person with CF live longer, healthier lives. But they cannot do it alone.
My goal is to raise $2,500 to support their mission - and every dollar brings us closer to a future where CF is no longer a life-limiting disease.
How You Can Help:
Please consider making a donation to my fundraising page. Whether it is $5 or $500, every gift makes a difference. Together, we can turn miles into miracles.
Thank you for your generosity, encouragement, and belief in a brighter future for those with CF. I will carry your support with me every step of those 18 miles.
