Welcome! We're thrilled you're here and ready to take on an unforgettable challenge for an extraordinary cause. Join Cystic Fibrosis Foundation at the iconic Marine Corps Marathon and run with purpose as part of our Breathe Team.
When you participate, you're doing more than running 26.2 miles-you're helping change thousands of lives. Your commitment fuels the research and specialized care that continue to transform what it means to live with cystic fibrosis. While remarkable progress has been made, CF still takes lives every day. We can't slow down now. Together, we can accelerate the path to a cure.
To make the most of this experience, we ask each runner to prepare physically and commit to meeting (and exceeding!) the fundraising minimum. Every dollar raised directly supports our mission to give children and adults with CF in the U.S. a better chance at a long, healthy life

Get Ready to Run

Register: Join us for a powerful day of community, celebration, and purpose. Unite with fellow runners and supporters to bring hope to everyone affected by CF. Reach out to Gabi Santos at gsantos@cff.org to get started.

Recruit: Invite friends, family, and colleagues to run alongside you or cheer you on. When we show up together, our impact grows.

Fundraise: Raising funds is simple and supported every step of the way. Use the Participant Center, the CFF mobile app, or Facebook fundraising. You can also host a passion fundraiser or check if your employer offers matching gifts to double your impact.

Share your story: Your "why" matters. Share what inspired you to run with Breathe Team and motivate others to join the movement using the easy storytelling tools in the Participant Center and mobile app.

Events may be subject to change based on health or safety concerns. If an event is moved to virtual, sponsorship benefits may be adjusted to fit that format. If an event is cancelled, your local contact will reach out to discuss options.
