Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!
There is currently no cure for cystic fibrosis and too many people with CF die young. In my role with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, I'm aiming to help change that reality.

About Cystic Fibrosis:
Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic and progressive, life-shortening disease that devastates the lungs, pancreas, and other vital organs. CF makes it difficult to breathe and fight life-threatening infections, often leading to extensive lung damage and respiratory failure.

Every person born with cystic fibrosis is on a unique journey and experiences this challenging disease differently. While progress has been made, a long road lies ahead for far too many people fighting this terrible disease as there is still no cure.

How You Can Support Me:
This 3-day hike experience challenges participants to push their limits both physically and philanthropically.  Not only am I training to do a 15-mile treck through the Inyo National Forest to a total elevation of about 11,000ft (YIKES!), but my personal pledge is to raise $2,500 to support the foundation's mission of funding research to find a cure.

This is a milestone birth-year for me but I'm not a big party type of person so I'm asking for your help to celebrate in a way that is more meaningful to me.  In honor of my 40th birthday, will you support my efforts to meet this challenge and donate $40 to my fundraising campaign?  100% of your donation benefits the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and will help make a difference in the lives of all persons living with CF!

Help us accelerate progress... until CF stands for Cure Found!
