The CF Foundation is partnering with "The Most Beautiful Urban Marathon in America®."
Athletes can use their participation in the run to raise awareness and funds for the mission to cure CF and provide all people with the disease the opportunity to lead full, productive lives.
Get Ready to Run - for this run we have a split number of bibs available.
