My wife and I have started our drive to Alaska. Grateful for those in my life who have made it possible for me to travel and live these wonderful experiences. Going to get to train for the Xtreme hike with some beautiful scenery.

David Stolz
I get to travel the world with my wife and dog. I work remotely from wherever I want. I haven't felt limited by my health in longer than I can remember. What I didn't mention is I have cystic fibrosis.
I'm raising money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation because that life isn't luck. It's the result of decades of research, advocacy, and donor support, including the development of Trikafta and Kalydeco, the modulators that changed everything for people like me.
Growing up with CF meant treatments for over an hour before and after school, and countless medications every day. Today, I do a fraction of that. The difference is staggering, and it's entirely because of what the CFF and its supporters made possible.
But I've also been hospitalized because of CF. A few times is a few too many. And I know that Trikafta, as remarkable as it is, doesn't work for everyone. It's not a cure. It's a critical step, and the road ahead is still long for too many people fighting this disease.
That's why I'm doing the Xtreme Hike. Not despite having CF, but because of it. Every mile is proof that the work matters. Every dollar you donate moves us closer to the finish line — a cure for everyone with cystic fibrosis, not just the fortunate ones.
Will you join me?
