I’m excited to share that I’m participating in ROSE UP!
 

This year, we’ve created CFF awareness bracelets to thank you for your donation. These REFOCUS BANDS are designed to help you become more mindful by flipping the band each time a negative thought arises—encouraging a more positive mindset and guiding your inner voice in the right direction.
 

The outside of the band (pictured above) incorporates elements of the CFF logo, and the inside reminds you to “Breathe in Hope,” a loose translation of our team name, Inspire Spero.  

We’d like to give a huge thank-you to Alamo Cinema and Drafthouse for sponsoring the bands, which means that 100% of your donation goes directly to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation!
