2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon
2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon
Are you ready to go the distance and join us for the 2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon as a member of Breathe Team? For over 20 years, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation runners have been dedicating their miles at the 2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon to finding a cure for CF. Runners who join Breathe Team pre-lottery commit to raising $2,200 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Runners who join Breathe Team post-lottery commit to raising $2,500.00 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. All runners are responsible for paying their own registration fee.
All Breathe Team Runners will receive the following benefits:
• Guaranteed entry for the 2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon on Sunday, October 11, 2026
• Complimentary 18-week virtual summer marathon training through Chicago Area Runners Association
• Complimentary access to a pre-race private indoor event space that includes private restrooms near the start line, private gear check, and so much more
• Breathe Team running shirt for race day
• CF Foundation fundraising incentives
• Fundraising guidance and online tools to help you exceed your individual fundraising goal
• And more!
By participating in this race, you have the power to change thousands of lives. Your support helps the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation fund the research and care needed to help advance a cure for this disease. While we've made significant progress, we still have a long way to go. We still lose precious lives to CF every day. You can help us accelerate progress. Now is the time to act.
To have the best experience possible, we ask that every runner takes the time to prepare physically and that you are willing to commit to raising the fundraising minimum, or more, for the cause. Every dollar raised supports our mission to provide adults and children with CF in the U.S. a better chance at living a long, healthy life.
